The only thing you need is a FREE Lightroom Mobile App which is available for iOS and Android devices. Access, edit, organize, and share photos on your iPad, iPhone, or Android device and edit your photos using mobile presets on the go.

You will need to "extract, unzip, or decompress" the folder once it is downloaded, then you can save them to your dropbox to open on your phone or you can email them to yourself to be opened and saved to your phone.
